Elaine notices that things are a bit different since the new management took over at Monk's. Every waitress working there has the same proportions. Jerry hasn't seen four women like this together outside of a Russ Meyer film. Elaine thinks that's discriminatory and unfair, because «those women» have all the advantages and get all the attention from men.
Then Elaine has a meeting with two officials at The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Office (Paul and Fred). She tells them there's a restaurant on the West Side that's only hiring large-breasted women «And one is bigger than the next»
