John Michael Higgins

John Michael Higgins is Kurt, Elaine's boyfriend in The Little Jerry (Season 8 Episode 11).

Kurt shaves his head for his swim team. He just liked the way it looked, so he decided to kept it.

But soon he discover he's partially bald (he has the «classic horseshoe pattern»). The police mistakenly arrest him in George Costanza's apartment «for aiding and abetting a known fugitive».
