A couple of greasy hamburgers cause a fire in Robin's apartment during her son's birthday party.
George runs in panic and in his way to the exit, he knocks Robin, the kids, the clown, and Robin's mother over.
George thinks he stepped on her arm, but he doesn't know for sure. He probably couldn't see because of the smoke. But it was somebody's arm.
