Nina West is a young and talented painter. She uses Kramer as a subject for her painting.
Jerry mentions to George, «She's got like a jealousy thing. I mean, she doesn't like me having fun with anyone but her».
She and Jerry break up after an argument about an incident involving Elaine at a Yankee game, after which she sends Jerry a poetic letter that caused Jerry to get back with her again.
Later, Jerry finds out that the letter was taken from a Neil Simon play. Jerry tries to confront her later on in the episode, and breaks up with her again.
