Jaime is one of the three Dominicans cigars rollers hired by Kramer in his attempt to start a business in Cuban-quality made-in-America cigars.
But the the business fails when the investor (Earl Haffler) recognizes they are Dominicans, not Cubans.
Kramer fears the unemployed Dominicans, whom he educated about communism, plan to revolt.
