Mrs. Zanfino is a woman who lives with her son Joey in the same apartment building as Jerry, Kramer and Newman.
She asks Kramer to babysit Joey in "The Wait Out", and appears again in "The Foundation", when she drives Kramer, Joey and a few other kids from the Karate class.
Mrs. Zanfino is also mentioned in "The Fatigues", when Kramer is cooking food for a Jewish singles night, and uses her kitchen to make Kugel.
