Kramer meets some Japanese businessmen on vacation and takes them on a tour of the city. After they run out of money, Kramer hosts them at his apartment, where the three japanese sleep in the chest of oversize drawers, much like a capsule hotel, and drink with Kramer in his hot tub.
Mr. Oh is one of them.
