George has to read Breakfast at Tiffany's (90 pages) but he prefers to rent a video. But the title is out. Someone has it.
The clerk offers put it on reserve for George, but for George it would be better that the video store call the people that have the movie and ask them to return it. The clerk, obviously, can't do that since things do not work that way.
When the clerk goes to help another customer, and leaves George unattended. George waits until the clerk's back is turned, then has a good look at the information on his computer monitor.
Then George goes at the address of the people who have rented the movie. He's buzzes their apartment on the intercom and later convinces Joe Temple (and his daughter Remy) to watch the movie with them.
