George has doubts, and had a feeling that God wouldn't let him be famous. The psychiatrist tells him not to worry, but then changes the subject to what appears to be a white discoloration on his lip. George becomes is obsessed with it.
George goes to the Doctor (Bruce Jarchow) that declares a biopsy, which George thinks isn't a good sign.
Later, in front of Jerry, George complains about doctor's opinion: When I asked him if it was cancer, he didn't give me a "get outta here." That's what I wanted to hear: "Cancer? Get outta here!".
