Kimberley Kates is Diane in The Robbery (Season 1 Episode 3).

Diane is a masseuse. She is the new next door neighbor of Carol, the Monk's waitress who took the apartment Jerry and George turned down. Diane gave Carol the greatest backrub the same day.
