An stranger asks George to watch a suitcase «for a minute», bur never comes back. Then George decides to open the bag and «still watching» the clothes inside by wearing them. He looks like a tourist.
While looking to a city map, George runs into Mary Anne, who works for the New York Visitor's Center and wants to «help» George to visit de city and change his «bad opinion» about newyorkers.
