Paige Moss is Girl in The Muffin Tops (Season 8 Episode 21).

While eating the top off a muffin at J. Peterman's book signing in Waldenbooks, Elaine tells Mr. Lippman, who is publishing the book, that someone should open a store selling just the tops.

A young lady can't believe somebody pulled the top off of the muffin.
