Allan Havey

Allan Havey is the cop that appears in the final scene of The Wait Out (Season 7 - Episode 23).

Kramer is arrested when looking for Joey Zanfino. The cop tries to interrogate him but Kramer can't seat because of the tight jeans he's wearing.
