Louis Mustillo

Louis Mustillo is Phil, Jerry's neighbor in The Strongbox (Season 9 Episode 14).

Although Phil lives in fifth floor, Jerry doesn't know him and doesn't let him into the building.

Phil and his wife own a bird named Fredo, who is accidentally killed by Kramer.

Jerry mistakes Phil's wife for his maid.
