The Man lives in a building near to Elaine's, across the street (Apartment 1A).
Elaine knocks at the door and the Man opens it. She asks if she could use the apartment to order some Supreme Flounder -first time served in America- from China Panda.
The Man refuses and shuts the door in Elaine's face.
