Ned Isakoff is a communist. He wears bland, drab, olive colored clothing. His father was black listed so he couldn't work for years. Ned's father and his friends used to sit at Hop Sing's every day figuring out how to survive.
Unfortunately, Elaine got Ned Isakoff black listed at Hop Sing's.
