Sid Newman is Old Man in The Nap (Season 8 Episode 18).

Kramer has problems with his swimming pool. At ten they start. the aquasonics Thirty-five geriatrics throwing elbows. It's like swimming through a flabby armed spanking machine.

But he found a new place to swim: The East River, the most heavily trafficked overly contaminated waterway on the eastern seaboard.

However, Kramer has to share the river with other people like Hal Kitzmiller and an Old Man that jumped into the water and sunk like a stone.
