Mom and Pop run a shoe repair store in the neighborhood. Kramer trys to drum up business for them. Mom and Pop are a childless couple, making their handles "Mom" and "Pop" fraudulent.
Kramer's well meaning suggestion to Mom and Pop to have their store's electrical wiring be looked at drives them out of business.
Thanks to Kramer, they were in possession of Jerry's vast sneaker collection at the time they closed up shop. Jerry confronts them after learning they are selling his sneakers at a Parsippany (New Jersey) garage sale.
