Kieran Mulroney

Kieran Mulroney is Timmy in The Implant (Season 4 Episode 19).

Timmy is the brother of Betsy, George Costanza’s girlfriend. He catches George double-dipping a chip and chastises him for it. George defies Timmy and double-dips again. Timmy then picks a fight with George. As a result, Betsy breaks up with George.
