George and Jerry are on a cab. George asks to the cab driver if he sees anything on his lip. The Cabbie sees a white discoloration and recommends George get that checked out by a doctor.
Right after that, the Cabbie confronts Crazy Joe Davola who tries to clean the cab windshield with a squeegee. The Cabbie starts his wipers.
