Donald Bishop is Dr. Allenwood in The Implant (Season 4 Episode 19).

George is at Aunt Clarice wake in Detroit and asks Dr. Allenwood for a death certificate. He needs it because he was hoping to compile an admittedly, rudimentary, scrapbook of Aunt Clarice life. Something that Betsy could have, and hold onto.
