Biff Yeager

Biff Yeager is Mr. Heyman in The Library (Season 3 - Episode 5).

George arrives at the library, and suspects that the homeless man on the steps outside is Mr. Heyman, a physical education teacher at his high school whom he reported for giving him a wedgie, which got him fire.

Mr. Heyman used to tease George by calling him "Can't stand ya" (which sounds like Costanza). He was also responsible for having the jocks give George 'wedgies' and sometimes an 'atomic wedgie' in which the underwear was successfully pulled up over George's head.

George describes Mr. Heyman as having "teeth like baked beans". After being fired, the man eventually becomes a homeless bum. One of his few prized possessions is the book he stole from George, Tropic of Cancer, a book Jerry was looking everywhere for.
